Background: After pursuing the evil Megatron and his forces to the unknown planet Energoa, they began the "Beast Wars" battle to protect the super-energy source "Energon" from their enemies.
Character: An outstanding commander who unites the Cybertron warriors, he possesses a love for peace stronger than anyone else. Although he is stubborn and unwilling to compromise, he also has a cheerful, carefree side, often making jokes even during battle. While he remains on the planet Energoa to continue the fight against the enemy, his longing for his home world of Seibertron never fades.

Background: Together with his fellow Destron soldiers, he forcibly seized the Golden Disk from Cybertron. Pursuing the "Energon" data recorded on the disk, he journeyed to the planet Energoa.
Character: An evil leader who commands the Destron forces through fear. Although his speech may sound humorous, his true nature is cold and ruthless. He will stop at nothing to achieve his ambition of universal conquest, and even his own subordinates are nothing more than expendable pawns to him. His goal in taking the Golden Disk is to monopolise Energon, but he is said to harbour an even greater ambition...

THE GOLDEN DISK
The "Golden Disk" was a crucial item in the CG animated Beast Wars series. Two types of disks appeared throughout the story.
The first was a disk originally carried aboard the Earth exploration probe Voyager. Within its data was information on the super-energy "Energon", a power source that could potentially influence the outcome of the Transformers' battles. After the passage of countless years, this disk was kept under Cybertron protection on Seibertron, the home world of the Transformers.
The other was a disk discovered on the planet Energoa (pictured above; also known as the "Alien Disk"). It was believed to have been created by mysterious aliens and contained information about the ruins of an unknown civilisation and super-weapons.
Although both disks were ultimately destroyed by the Cybertrons, the original Golden Disk still held a secret unknown to Convoy and his companions...!
