In the cartoon these figures represented the same characte named "Clouder". When the Cybertron plugs into the Millile Launcher vehicle mode, it can transform into the Cybertron robot mode. When the Destro Godmaster plugs into the vehicle mode, it transforms into the Destron Eagle mode. Limited to 100 pieces the plaque reads "Transformers colouring contest: Congratulations TV Magazine, March 1st 1988, Takara.".  Entrants were split into 5 age groups of ages 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. Winners were to be announced in Aprils edition of TV Magazine and the winning entries would be published in Mays edition.
